Vegan Time...

Yes, I thought I could be Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and Vegan at the same time but this is not the case now BECAUSE my body has rejected this idea. That is when everything had to change! This all started about a year ago when I began experiencing digestive issues with certain things I ate. Such things as macaroni and cheese, potato salad, fish, and pizza were my comfort foods. They had not trigged any digestive issues in the past but now they were. I was devastated, confused, and frustrated at the thought of me having to give up these foods.

As I age my body has continued to change in the things that are nourishing and sustaining life in my inner organs. and Health is an important part of life. Without your health, you are not able to live life to the fullest. There are so many different disease states that can affect your life and alter how active you can be. That is why it is important to pay attention to what your body is telling you and to actively participate in understanding what may be affecting you. Everyone is different and how they may experience something or how it may be resolved is different for every person. That is why you need to do your due diligence when it comes to research as well as praying to God on what you should do. A lot of times it can be easy for someone to only be dependent on an outside source such as Doctors, Practitioners, Nurses, Surgeons but we never pray to God our Father on who, what, and when.

As I have tried many different types of dietary regimens but the one that stood out was the Vegan lifestyle. The Vegan lifestyle is of discipline, research, and consistency to sustain it. A couple of years ago I started trying different Vegan meals like Cauliflower Wings, Vegan Tacos, Vegan Chili, Vegan Ice Cream, Vegan Desserts, and they were good. I realized that when I ate these foods that I did not have any digestive issues and after this last digestive issue I decided to live 100% Vegan. Now, I know that this may not be as easy as I think because I have to look closely at everything that I eat and how I make meals going forward. Come with me on this journey as I try new Vegan recipes, eat a variety of Vegan meals and find out what I like and what I don’t like.

With all this being said "Dig Deeper than you ever have before"

Yours Truly,
